Do you offer international shipping?
UJNKZ currently ships only within Germany, but we’re actively working on expanding delivery to additional countries soon.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping is completely free, there are no additional shipping costs.
How long will it take for me to receive my package?
Our processing time is 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, delivery
typically takes 5–10 business days. We work hard to get your package to you as
quickly as possible, so you can enjoy your new UJNKZ pieces soon!
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn,
unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us right away and we’ll
make it right as quickly as possible.
